My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2013. We were married in 2001and had our wedding reception at wpi. We decided to have our anniversary dinner at wpi in December of 2015 and were very disappointed with his dinner options. I had called ahead and was told their were plenty of gluten free options, but when we ordered dinner we were told he could not have any soups, sauces, demi glades or reductions. His choices were unseasoned chicken, unseasoned fish or unseasoned steak. He was told he could have salad, but that no one knew if the dressings were safe. It was a sad, bland meal and we have never been back. We loved that place and spent every Valentine's day there before his diagnosis.
