It’s 2/9/2024 and my first return to WPI since 8/19/2016 where I indicated I’d never return. Never say never! WPI has come a long way in 7 years. They have many option of GF all clearly identified on the menu from appetizers, soups, salads and entrees. Everything I had was fantastic, each course the waitress confirmed when placing each dish on table that staff was well aware of my gluten allergy in preparing my plate. Years ago everything seemed to be prepped so much in advance you could not even have Chilean sea bass as it was prepped in flour already. The bacon wrapped shrimp, spinach salad, baked crab imperial, and crème brûlée were all delicious. I’d definitely return to WPI.
