How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Some

Risky for Celiac but they do have GF offerings - mainly using GF breads and then their regular recipe. Some of the staff have strong knowledge re cross contamination. Others notably less. I do eat here (Celiac) and generally have been okay. Typically I’ll stick with salads and/or the clubhouse sandwich. I remind them that they can’t put my bread through the toaster.
