I’ve ordered from Willie’s many times with no issues. Sorry to hear about the one person who had a bad experience. Hopefully it was just a one-off.
Very knowledgeable staff. Separate areas for gluten free foods. Absolutely delicious. This Celiac gal has a new favourite place!
Usually very good about communicating but our last order contained a small noodle and resulted in me being very sick. In communicating the issue with the manager, I was offered a free replacement dish with little understanding of the severity of the consequences for me. I understand that mistakes can happen anywhere so I may take my chances again someday.
