Usually very good about communicating but our last order contained a small noodle and resulted in me being very sick. In communicating the issue with the manager, I was offered a free replacement dish with little understanding of the severity of the consequences for me. I understand that mistakes can happen anywhere so I may take my chances again someday.

I ordered 4 dishes from Willies. Not only was it great, it was celiac safe. I had confidence the instant I spoke with the individual on the phone.
