If you have celiac disease, the only safe place for you to eat here is outside on the patio. Due to the fact that it is a brewery, and the tanks are in the dining room, there is gluten in the air. Yes, even inhaling gluten can get into your GI tract. They have a sizable gluten free menu and the food is delicious, but for true celiacs, it will never be 100% safe.
