My wife has celiac, and had nearly the full menu to choose from - just ask them to put tacos in corn (double wrapped), and they are amazing. We’ll be back!

The waitress wasn’t very knowledgeable except that they had corn tortillas and when I asked if the non fried meats were GF.
I got 2 tacos on soft shell corn tortillas.
The Mother Clucker - (Chipotle pulled chicken, grilled peppers & onions, queso blanco, guacamole, chopped bacon, shaved lettuce, pico) 10/10!!!
Tacos 101 Beef - (Seasoned ground beef, shaved lettuce, jack cheese, Willy's house crema, pico) 10/10!!!
Both were great!! I wish I had gotten 1 more taco because I wasn’t very full. They did not come with anything.
