Always had a good experience, and they also claim their chips are only fried with other chips & no flour in the cheese dip.

This is my favorite Willy’s location I’ve ever been to. As long as you speak up for yourself about your allergy, they are incredibly accommodating and understanding. Just tell them what you need from them.

This has become my go-to when passing through the ATL airport. Super yummy and everything but the flour tortilla’s are gluten free. I always get a veggie bowl and load everything on it. They kindly change their gloves when asked, too. :)

Everything here is gluten free except the flour tortillas for the burritos. The staff is friendly and if you ask them to change their gloves before handling your food they will. The chips and one of the meats used to be unsafe but in 2023 they updated their ingredients so that both are now completely gluten free. Nothing but the corn chips are put in the fryer so those are safe. I regularly get the bowl with whatever toppings I want and cheese dip and have yet to be cross contaminated here.

UPDATE: Willy’s has launched a fried flour tortilla as a salad bowl so their oil is now cross contaminated (used to only fry chips or corn shells). We still get takeout there but order taco box (all ingredients separately packaged for taco bar at home) and use our own chips.
Willy’s did such a good job for my celiac son. Both workers changed their gloves as soon as I asked them to and asked what the allergies or contamination concerns were. Everything except the flour tortillas and cookies is gf. We had hard shell (corn) tacos and chips with cheese dip! Nice to make it so easy.

Everything except tortillas and cookies are GF. I mentioned my allergy and he offered to change gloves because “ a lot people with gluten allergies come in here and want me to do that “ I got the tacos with citrus chicken and hubby and son got chicken bowls. We all enjoyed the food. It was delicious! All kinds of salsas and topping options.

I asked to confirm if chips were the only thing fried, after reading some conflicting reviews. The kids working said tofu goes in the fryer too. After going to the company website to confirm tofu was GF, I ordered nachos with spicy chicken, queso dip, and veggies. The kids working were polite and checked gloves for me, but frankly clueless about gluten. The chicken was burnt and my entire meal tastes like it. I cannot recommend the taste of food, but feel like with the gloves change, things were safe. I'd like to try again and order something else next time, but definitely not a favorite.
