So, went to their Open House, and was very impressed. Whether you are simply celiac, or have other needs...soy free, sugar free, nut free, whatever, this is 1stop shopping. It is worth the beautiful drive from La Crosse. I have purchased the assorted fall cupcakes as a treat. My employees liked them too. But the real treat? The cinnamon rolls, take and bake. It had been more than 20 years. And if you want a trendy unicorn cake, well, they bake that too. We are so lucky.
