Wilson's

Wilson’s by Highwatch has several gluten free options. They carry sandwich bread (appears to be store bought) for all of their breakfast/lunch sandwiches. They also have several salad options.

The reason I’m submitting them to the app is because of their pastries. Every gluten free pastry I’ve tried has been delicious. They regularly have coconut-almond cake, brownies, and french macarons available, all of which are gluten free. Their other offerings vary, but so far I’ve tried a lemon pound cake and a DELICIOUS raspberry-pistachio financier. There is a pastry chef who specifically bakes the gluten free pastries and is there most days.

As far as cross-contamination goes, it is not a dedicated gluten free facility. I can assume some precautions are taken because I am very sensitive and have not gotten sick, but I am not diagnosed with Celiac’s. Gluten free and non-gf pastries are in shared display cases but on different plates.
