Immediately let them know I am celiac, and started to ask about the eggs. She let me know they will do them in a separate pan. Started to ask about home fries and she told me not to worry, they’re very familiar and all she has to do is let them know I have a gluten allergy and they’ll do everything in a separate pan, separate order. They do have gluten free toast, but I opted out, so she said she will bring tomatoes instead. Pleasantly surprised with their gluten-free care! Our server was Pauline.
