We just spent a delightful weekend at the Windjammer, including 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. I am happy to say that Kim in the kitchen completely understands the special meal and prep requirements of a Celiac (me), and went above and beyond to prepare strictly gluten-free meals for me, including the little extras like biscuits and muffins before breakfast and rolls before dinner. We both had wonderful flourless chocolate cake our first evening, which was so good that my husband had it again the 2nd evening. Kim had prepared for me a special Apple Crumble our 2nd night - Yum! Next time we are near Port Stanley, we will return.
