Very Coeliac aware: couldn’t promise no cross contamination but explained my GF bacon butty would be prepared in a different section of the kitchen using GF ingredients. Actually asked if I was coeliac. Bacon butty was served in a very nice warm brown seeded roll and when brought to my table the waitress reiterated GF roll which was reassuring.
