They don’t exactly understand what gluten is. Kept offering to take the butter off the food options even though I’m not dairy free. Thought it meant no seasonings at all. Had a ribeye that was very good but the anxiety from the server and hostess combined with lack of confidence did make me nervous. Initially was offered shrimp dish with steamed shrimp, no seasoning. That was the only dish our server thought would be gluten free
