I am very used to getting a frozen crust at a pizzeria. I’m okay with that. It serves as a vessel for the toppings and sauce and cheese. But not here, it seemed like a hand tossed fresh baked crust! I didn’t ask too many questions, I don’t want anyone to give away their secrets. But I will go back again, for sure!
