Staff is very inconsistent when asked about protocols. For months, we were told the fries were in a dedicated fryer, only to find out we had been lied to all that time. Since my daughter is autistic (not celiac) and can’t always communicate clearly, we never knew. This is extremely disappointing for a restaurant owned by a renowned local chef. I will never understand why fries are listed on a gluten free menu when they are not prepared in a dedicated fryer. Do people with celiac or gluten sensitivities ever really order frozen potatoes?!
