Our service was phenomenal. But sadly, my GF order caused an immediate reaction as we were leaving. I thought I was feeling "safe" and smart as by the several questions I had asked our amazing server.
The nachos are marked GF on the menu, but I dug in to ask "how GF are the chips". Our server went into the kitchen (near our table) and was told the chips are NOT GF. Then WHY is it on the GF menu? I wondered and mistrust the entire menu.

All wings are baked so no fryer to worry about with cross contamination and sauces that are gf are marked on menu. As a celiac no issues after eating there

I’ve never gotten sick and if you tell them you have celiac they bake your wings as to avoid cross contamination. Good wings and the GF sauces are marked on the menu.

I called before hand. And they share a fryer ....so celiacs beware.
Great wings, just a few gf choices but they are good.
Yes
Best wings in Utah. Approximately 6 sauces are gluten free, my fav's are the traditional, and southern hotties.
Clearly stated gluten free, we have celiac. To bite into my salad to find croutons. The waitress too it back, the chef removed the croutons and she brought back the same salad. The waitress BLAMED ME for her not knowing what gluten was and why didn’t I tell her….

The food was sub-par. We did boneless wings which were just chunks of chicken breast meat. They upcharge you $2 if you buy a drink because they force you to buy a bag of non gf pretzles. (Utah Laws) It was annoying. I didn’t get sick but I was bloated the rest of the night.

Our waitress was so great. Very knowledgeable about the items on the menu that were gluten free and how they would be prepared. Having a child with Celiac can be hard because they don’t like all the fancy adult foods. She loved the boneless chicken wings. Simple and yummy for a child with Celiacs.

Visiting family nearby and decided to go here for lunch. This was the first time I’ve had wings at a restaurant in almost 10 years and it was so so good. The waitress took my situation seriously as she has celiac too. The menu was well marked and there were so many options. I wish there was a restaurant like this by my house!

Big group of us stopped there on the way to Zion from California and everyone had a great meal! I am the only one with celiac in the group and the server made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. All wings are gf and the sauces are clearly marked on the menu. Only a handful are gf but you can definitely get a couple per spice level as options. Great place to stop for a quick on the road dinner and outside of covid probably a neat sports bar for beers and wings
