Aug 2021 update: Stopped by recently after a long time due to Covid. Server said she is GF and eating there is "iffy" due to cross contamination. At least she was honest. This time the menu did not mark the sticky fingers as a GF option but she said they were available with cornstarch. I don't react in obvious ways to CC, so other reviewers may be more useful on CC.
Original review: The server seemed to understand the importance of celiac. Here's what I was told: GF sticky fingers (not listed on the menu) can be made with corn starch. Dedicated fryer for GF items and GF fries. GF fries do not have the seasoning on them. Their sauces are not all GF. The GF chicken is tossed in the sauce of your choice in a separate bowl than they use for regular breaded chicken. Important point, the physical menu disagrees with the Wingers website about which sauces are GF. I went off the website as it seemed more restrictive. They marked my plate with a toothpic/flag to indicate it was different (I really wish all restaurants would do this). The wingers website mentions GF right on the homepage -- so that's hopeful that they take it seriously as a chain.
If I feel well tomorrow, this will become a go-to place for me.
