The salads are good but I usually get grilled boneless “wings” with buffalo sauce. All the wing sauces are gf.

The food and service are always great! I wish they had a gf bun because the burgers look good also.

We live in Rapid City. Staff is great. Love the cranberry apple pecan chicken salad! Minus one star because the menu says the plain chicken tenders are gluten free, but they still roll them in flour unless you specifically tell them you are gluten free!!

I have ate at Wings and Rings a dozen time since I’ve been back in South Dakota. They have amazing service and are knowledgeable on Celiac and being gluten free. They do a great job with communication to the kitchen to ensure safe food handling.

I feel mostly confident about eating here. I have celiac disease but tell them it’s a wheat allergy because that’s easier for people to understand. I get the grilled boneless wings and Parmesan garlic sauce. That’s it. I don’t trust it a ton but it works when people I’m with want to go there for something different.

I had the grilled wings with habanero sauce, lemon pepper rub, and bourbon Bbq sauce with a side salad. The habanero sauce was definitely the favorite, husband agreed. Felt fine afterward. They also have very good cocktails.

Delicious wings and chili. Angry orchard cider available in bottles. Server knowledgeable about allergies and sensitivity. Terrific house-made bleu cheese dip for wings. Menu items clearly marked for vegetarian or gluten free. Nice sports screens around restaurant. Reasonable prices.
