I admit I have only (since learning of my celiac disease) ordered from them once via my mom ordering wings for our Christmas Eve party, but they have all of their allergen information readily available on their website. While I will miss the golden BBQ and teriyaki sauces that I used to order, a majority of their sauces are gluten free and you are easily able to find out which ones.
