Had a good experience here with an employee who seemed knowledgeable in gluten free and necessary precautions. The bagel sandwich I had was ok. Frankly, I like the Trader Joe’s GF bagels better, but having an option to eat a sandwich at all was appreciated.

Love it here! Best gf bagels / breakfast sandwiches!! They had everything bagels and plain bagels when I was here last. Delicious every time! The staff is very sweet and knowledgable. They toast the bagel separately I’m celiac and have never gotten sick from here!

I read such great reviews of this place and was so excited to try it. Cashier didn’t seem at all knowledgeable about how they handled gf items. When the food came out, it came out with another order. The cashier opened both orders to see what was in them. Then had to double check with the cook to see which order was which. She then opened both orders again to look at them and then hand me one. She said “here’s your gf bagel”. I said are you sure? She kind of hesitated and then not sounding very sure, said yes. Needless to say I didn’t dare eat it.

Got bagels for my celiac daughter and myself. Felt confident about eating without risk. Great customer service. A little tricky to find...make a right onto the driveway after Starbucks...it's around behind the tall office building, bottom floor. :-)

Wow! Bagels were so good! Staff is knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. They change gloves, and have their own dedicated toastIng area. I haven’t had a bacon egg and cheese in so long!!! This is a MUST HAVE!

Was so excited to have a gf bagel breakfast sandwich. Delicious. I was glad I asked if it was prepared separately though. Apparently they use the same toaster as the gluten products, but since I asked about it, they were able to toast it on the stove instead. Very good and I didn't get sick! Coffee was good too.

I live in New York City, the land of bagels and the land of GF restaurants, and this is literally my favorite place! I’d love to walk into the local bagel shop that are on practically every block in Manhattan on a weekend and get a toasted bagel with bacon and egg and cheese. But literally impossible. Except here! Awesome knowledge servers, owner prepared delicious toasted bagel sandwiches for us using GF bagels, GF dedicated toaster, and cleaning the grill. We got these sandwiches here back in January and literally haven’t stopped talking about them! If in Albany area, go!!

Owner Matt understands gluten-free and cross contamination. He passed my knowledge test with flying colors, and got bonus points for asking if my food needed to be dairy free, as well. At least one staff member is gluten-free. They carry the best gluten-free bagels I’ve ever found – – Sweet Note. Bacon, peppery fried egg and cheese on a bagel; I’m in love.They have several GF dessert options. Their iced coffee is the best. Great way to start the day!
