Review of Wisteria

We had an amazing GF experience here. The hostess reassured me when placing my reservations (which I highly.suggest doing) that they are the place in town for the best GF dining. I concur! The GF menu offers soups, salads, multiple appetizers options, several interesting entree items, a GF beverage menu, and a granita for dessert. The beef carpaccio made for a nice appetizer, the crab bisque a nice surprise, the pork tenderloin in a molasses sauce will be a repeat, the salmon my friend had was cooked perfectly, and the sweet potato souffle was fantastic. I can't wait to return and try out the other entrees!

Update review as of 2/6/2013: another great experience. This time we tried the GF cod with rissoto and African squash. Yum!
