Hemos llamado por teléfono y nos dijeron que no tenían opciones sin gluten
Nice typic “alsacien” restaurant with classic local food such as Munster cheese gratin, choucroute, boeuf brochette, jambonneau and the very classic Biebeleskas. Staff is quite aware and explains what are the gluten free dishes on the menu, even if there’s no indication or label on it. It’s not a pure GF address so there’s a risk of crossed contamination, obviously. Ate there and had no negative aftermath.

Ze dachten fijn mee om iets gluten vrij te maken voor onze dochter. Uiteindelijk werd het een stamppotje en knakworst.

Great traditional experience. Most of their menu is gf! Was great to be able to try something at a Wistub! Also cheaper than the restaurant next door which lists GF options on their menu.

The restaurant noted in our reservation that I was gluten free, and the hostess emphasized this to the servers. The menu is not marked gluten free (or in English), but the servers were very knowledgeable and walked us though what was safe. Nearly all the menu was gf, including 3 desserts! In addition to having confidence that it was gluten free, the meal was delicious! We made reservations to come back again tomorrow. Highly recommend!
