The feedback from the server was “what’s not gluten-free.” Only two or three items on the menu we’re not gluten-free. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Willing to explain in detail every dish we asked about and how it was made. He was very familiar with the cooking process for each this we ask about.
