I’m newly diagnosed with Celiac so I was nervous about my first experience ordering at a restaurant. I saw items listed as GF on their menu online but when I got there, those same items weren’t listed as GF on their paper menus. The server was very kind and ensured me they take Celiac very seriously. She pulled out a piece of paper and explained everything that was gluten free or could be made gluten free and ensured me there would be NO cross contamination. The food was delicious and the staff was great.
