I’ve been to this Wok and a couple of others and I’ve always had a great experience. They seem to have a good allergy protocol and whenever I mention my gluten “allergy” they take it straight to the kitchen. The kitchen gave me a couple of options - the Pad Thai (they sub out the soy sauce) and the Cantonese or mandarin rice. I’ve seen the kitchen wash their utensils before preparing my order. It’s great!
