The fryer is not dedicated, per the staff. They replaced the orange chicken we got with unfried chicken and were very nice. The food was okay, but for the money I’d pick another place. I love hole in the wall places, but the bathroom was disgusting. If I’d have gone in there first I would have left without food.
I’ve been twice and both times have been great. Delicious orange chicken and no issues after.

I have been looking for a Chinese restaurant since moving back and this hit the spot. Many gluten free options. Sesame chicken was delicious!
Great food and customer service. They have gg options. My favorite is orange chicken and walnut coconut shrimp.
We eat there every weeek and ive never had a problem at all. They have rice noodles and will make you just about anything gluten free. I have orange shimp. Its excellent first time ive had fried shrimp in years. They have wonderful chicken soup with either white rice or rice noodles. They have a extensive menu. The owners are very gracious and will work with you on gluten free meals. I cant recommend more highly. Its mainly for takeout,tho there is a few tables to eat in. Self service

It’s a cute small little place but staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Most importantly, I had no reaction to the food here! I ordered the orange chicken (w/ a side of rice and broccoli) and was assured that it was made with corn starch, not flour. I was also assured that cross contamination would not be a problem just by mentioning gluten free. It ended up being a little pricier than expected for Chinese food but the food was excellent and the service was commendable!
I have been going to Wok Fire for years. The people that own it are tops. The only place I can get gluten free fried shrimp. Called orange shrimp. They are the most gluten free choices of any place I've been. Also they have rice noodles. The chicken soup with rice noodles is excellent. It's just a small business family owned,they greet me by name. They can made a wide variety gluten free to order and the food is excellent. They do a big order to go business. Closed on Tuesday. I recommend highly.. I am gluten,histamine and oxalate intolerant. Tell them you cant have gluten and they will make anything on the menu to order for you.
Coconut Shrimp is the best. Pad Thai is good too. They know about gluten free options
***Went again 12/15/21 and although the menu isn't marked gluten free they were very good at what was. The food wasn't great but I didn't get sick. I am very sensitive.***
