I hardly ever eat out because I ALWAYS end up getting sick from gluten contamination (and I’m a professional chef with Celiac so I know how to order wisely). My dinner at WOLF was one of the best GF restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. They’re super aware of cross-contamination issues, and the waitstaff is thoroughly educated about every dish on the menu, and will ask the kitchen if there’s even a hint of a question about whether something is safe for a Celiac to eat. The food was very good, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a nice yet casual evening out with friends. I’ll be back!
