Was told that if you are ok with cross contamination then I could eat here. So I sat while my family ate and then went to Cooke’s of Dublin.

Asked the cashier what could be made gluten free and she said they had GF pizza, salmon and rotisserie chicken, in addition to the salads. I ordered a salad to go, specifying that it was an allergy and there could not be croutons on it. When I got back to my hotel, there weren't croutons, but there was a piece of baguette lying on top.

I’ve dined at a Wolfgang Puck Express at the South Coast Plaza in CA and had the salmon there, so I came to the one in Florida to see if they could do the same accommodations and the cashier was very accommodating and alerted on ticket it was a gluten allergy. He was willing to check with the chef as well. Just let them know what your allergies are and they’ll let you know if it’s good to go or it’s a no go.
