I got offered only three options as gluten free. I am not sure they understand the term "gluten free" at all.

This is not a gluten free facility but we eat there all the time. There are all kinds of delicious foods here that feature rice or rice noodles. If you suffer from gluten sensitivity, you can really enjoy this food. However if you require completely dedicated GF faire, they are not there yet.
