Wood-Fired Pizza at Galiano Inn

Server has been here for years but this was our first time since my sons diagnosis. When I said he was celiac she clarified “celiac or gluten free?” She said there’s absolutely no guarantee that there would be no CC but the chef cleaned the pizza oven for him and cooked his first. They were very careful about making sure his food stayed separate etc. The server and chef clearly understood what they were dealing with. They didn’t have an abundance of meats for the pizzas that was GF but they were very clear as to what the options were. Majority of their salads were fine as well. My non celiac daughter ate the GF pizza happily too, and normally she complains about the crusts.
