The server was knowledgable and made it seem like my only non-salad option (thanks to a non-GF dedicated fryer) would be the fish tacos, with the fish being grilled and with cucumber salad on the side — but the fish tacos tasted like nothing and the cuke salad was blah. I had to salt the tacos to taste anything, but instead of the salt bringing out flavor, the only flavor was...salt.
My wife got the Dragon Dance Power Bowl salad with a side of mac salad, and said both things were blah. My son and his friend both got burgers and fries, with both of them saying the food was blah — and my son didn't get his burger until 15-20 minutes after all of the other food had arrived. (His meal was comped, which is nice, but then I felt like I shouldn't ask for mine to be taken off the bill as well, so I didn't.)
Side note: We didn't realize that the restaurant was a seat-yourself place, so we stood by the door for a couple of minutes with no servers saying anything as they passed by. Instead a patron finally mentioned that you just need to grab a table. We did, then it took longer than I would have expected for our server to help us.
Disappointing all around...but the place was packed, so either our experience was unusual or the other people are okay with bland food delivered slowly.

Solid place and the staff seemed pretty knowledgeable, able to walk through the menu with the options and adjustments that could make things safe

Was a little nervous, but family was gathering there so we went. They had a selection of ciders, I had the blood orange, was tasty! They had a few GF options upon inquiry. I went with the grilled fish tacos on their homemade corn tortillas. They assured me there wasn’t a chance of contamination with flour. Did not get sick! And the tacos were great.
