I am not understanding the amazing reviews for this place and all the celiacs that come here. The GF crepes are cooked on the same griddle as the regular ones (same utensils used as well). When I asked about this the manager had an attitude and said the griddle was at a super high heat (um, gluten burns off in what world?) I still ate my crepe because we had driven almost an hour to try this place and am now praying I don't get sick!!!!
