They just rework their recipe, I think they are even better than before! Plain and everything gluten free bagels made daily, they do go fast so I call a few days before to preorder a half dozen or dozen! They also have gluten free toast and tortillas!
No no no- gf bagels are disgusting. They look nice on the outside and taste like not even food. I have had decent gf bagels before- this was so bad I couldn’t even eat more than a couple bites
They have everything and plain gluten free bagels kept in a separate area from the other bagels. They also use a separate toaster and utensils. Bagels are somewhat thin and small so I got two everything bagels, with cream cheese, which cost $11, so a bit steep. Bagels were pretty good, though quite salty.
The gluten-free everything bagel was AMAZE! Good coffee, too.
Knowegable staff. The usual GF bagels are either plain, or everything, But when we asked if we could get just plain poppyseed bagels, they were happy to accommodate a special order which we picked up this morning. Each of the poppyseed bagels that we picked up this morning were individually bagged so there’s no risk of cross-contamination, and they will be easy to freeze. Overall, I am incredibly impressed. And the food is excellent as well.
It's a bagel shop. They do try to minimize cross contamination by cooking the gluten free bagels first in the morning. If you call ahead they said would wrap one up for you before flour starts flying around, which would probably help. Otherwise they are stored in an open mesh container. I didn't get one because it didn't seem worth the risk.
