The owner Nick is a celiac himself and so the staff are very aware of cross contamination issues. There are gluten free buns or lettuce wraps and I was told all sauces and burgers are gluten free. Fries have a dedicated fryer and the gravy is made gluten free (HELLO POUTINE!) There are also gf beer/cider selections available (when not sold out!) We had a very delicious lunch!
