They have a separate case for all things gluten free I'm also allergic to almonds and they had several things both gluten free and nut free. I had the fitness muffin and death by chocolate cookie. They were both so good, I book some home as well. They are knowledgeable about how each item is prepared .

Great Gluten Free Options. The bread is amazing!

They always have a few gf desserts or pastries that are really good. Usually cupcakes or cookies that are kept away from the gluten items or in a separate case.There’s also a really yummy almond bread loaf that I highly recommend. I’ve never gotten sick there.

They have an entire display case of GF options, but as others have said, the items are not 100% gluten free. Celiacs may struggle to eat here. They do not have a dedicated kitchen. However, they do have dedicated cutting boards, toasters and knives.

Everything looks beautiful, but they are honest about their cross contamination. Even if something is labelled GF, they can't guarantee it. If you have a high tolerance, they say you'll probably be fine, but if you're sensitive like me, hard pass. Enjoy their fantastic coffee and bask in the ambiance instead!

Wonderful cafe, but it is a bakery and therefore there is loads of cross-contamination. They're very honest about it. Not celiac friendly.

I've had a few issues with the GF baked goods. I hate to write this review but they need some work on their cross-contaminated kitchen.

The atmosphere is very active and inviting. The food is the absolute absolute best i have found as of yet. I love this cafe!

We actually had a small GF wedding cake made here, and it was so, so amazing. It was also vegan, which we didnt need, but tasted delicious.

Awesome treats, drinks and sandwiches! Very knowledgable staff and they have definitely mastered g free baking and identifying g free and vegan items very well for easy ordering! I love this place!

Excellent gf bread - soft and not crumbly! Muffins are great too.
