While the staff is a bit uninformed, the owner verifies that all meats and sauces are GF. Have eaten here multiple times without issue. Always get the barbecue. You have to be careful w the sides and ask questions…and yes , anything fried is in a shared fryer. Coleslaw is safe. Meats are good.

Wait staff and kitchen were both very ignorant of food allergies. Tried to serve my wife contaminated chips after saying they were gluten free but when we double checked, they are fried in the same fryer as gluten. They offer ZERO alternatives to burger buns, won't allow you to have more than 3 tacos, and use pre-breaded frozen wings. Don't listen to the good reviews, they don't have any gf food besides salads.

Meats, sauces all gluten free. Safe sides are coleslaw, regular potato salad. Was originally told all sides were GF ,but not my first rodeo, ie onion rings not GF (they double checked, and I was correct) , fries made in fryer where onion rings are made , so no on fries as well. That said meats are very good, sauces too. Staff made every effort to be helpful.
