I came to Mavericks for the first time and got their gluten free pizza, I had a really good experience. My waitress was super knowledgeable and helpful.
I then came back a second time, and got super sick. I let my waitress know about my gluten allergy.
I think it is a good restaurant, but just depends on who your server is or the chef that night. - Mavericks in Canton

I’ve eaten here numerous times before without an issue; went in tonight and became sick shortly after eating. This was a bad contamination.

I went there yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience! Our waitress was very knowledgeable of gluten free and had no problems answering our many questions regarding gluten free eating. Food was amazing and service was great as well! My boyfriend who is a non gluten free eater loved the cauliflower flatbread and the salmon. They informed me that they used to have a gluten free fryer but they do not anymore so be wary of fries and tots but overall amazing experience! Also there is a pet patio where you can bring your dog to dine

They have gluten free buns and gluten free options clearly labeled as well as gluten and dairy free sides. Just ask for no butter on the sides. Waitresses and cool staff are always happy to advise you on GF DF choices. The receipt is clearly marked as “Gluten and Dairy free” when they create the order. I’ve ate here half a dozen times with no issues. I’m gluten and dairy sensitive

Separate fryer for fries and tots. Gluten free bun for chicken sandwich or burger. Love it here!! Gluten free beer and cider options as well.
Extremely sensitive celiac and I have been eating here since they opened. I always get the Wob Cobb salad without the tortilla chips on top, without the bbq sauce and with balsamic dressing. I always tell the waiter/waitress about my allergies and they enter it on the order. Have never tried anything else. They have gluten free alcohol also. Dogs are allowed on the patio all seasons.
