I am in Chicago on a business trip and staying at the Marriott Marquis, and this place the server was knowledgeable about being gluten free. I wish it was labeled on the menu, but they let me know that the fryer was gluten free, and I could have the chips and guac, also, I ordered the porterhouse pork chop, it comes with crispy brussel sprouts, the manager came out and mentioned that the brussel sprouts are made in the same pan that has had gluten, and they can give me steamed brussel sprouts instead. I really appreciated that attention to detail, and if you are ever in the Convention Center area, this is a good stop.
