I called to ask about their rice wine vinegar which sometimes contains gluten. The woman on the phone was very rude and refused to take my order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I called to ask about the vinegar used in their rice (to make sure it didn’t contain malt). They didn’t know and couldn’t tell me the brand. To be safe I decided to just order some sashimi and asked for no soy sauce.

At this point, the OWNER REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER. He literally told me he would not serve me because I have celiac disease.
