The owner knows about celiac and cross contamination. Everything can be made gluten free and the owner makes sure you get the right plates etc. However, they cannot guarantee a safe gluten free dish because they have a small kitchen and they cook also with flour and bread. But I did not get sick afterwards and felt really safe. The food was also so good.
