I ordered via DoorDash - a little expensive but very tasty! I ordered the Earth, Wind, and Fire and Meat Lovers to eat with my husband (who is not gf). We both really liked having a "normal" pizza to share! DoorDash options don't have a checkbox for allergies, but I was able to write in "gluten allergy" in my order notes.

I decided to take the chance and try Wrecktangle, despite more recent reviews of people getting sick. I went to the Malcom Market location and asked about their procedure. They use non-stick pans, which they spray out, same oven, but do have a separate cutting board and cutter for GF pizzas. I have Celiac and do get sick when I digest gluten, but am not as sensitive as others with minor cross contamination.
I ordered the Shredder and it was delicious. The thick crust was a doughy and delicious, pleasant surprise. The crunchy cheese around the edges make the pizza, in my opinion.
I did not get sick and ate the pizza over three meals, never feeling a hint of sickness. Everyone needs to make their choices, I get that, but if you're like me and can handle minor cross contamination, it's probably going to be ok.

I love Wrecktangle and was excited about their GF crust. Unfortunately, I got very sick after trying it. I wonder if it could have been the vegetarian pepperoni I ate? It might also have been cross contamination as there is not a dedicated oven. Disappointing for sure!

It was… ok. There is no dedicated gluten free oven and the fryer is cross contaminated. I may have been cross contaminated but I took that risk knowing there was no dedicated gluten free oven. The food was decent. But the service was a bit lacking, though granted on a Sunday we had to ask for a server after 20 minutes of sitting and waiting with no drinks, then we only got one drink soda after ordering with no check in or refills.

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had. I had the community pizza and it was amazing! As celiac I have been use to crunchy thin crust pizza, but this pizza crust was thick but also light/fluffy. It was so good I made my friends confirm it was different then the gluten pizza (it was haha). I am pretty sensitive celiac and when I ordered they took the time to explain the procedures and I felt very comfortable ordering. They change gloves, wash hands, use a clean space to prep and separate the dish to bake it in. It is a small kitchen and baked in the same over, I had no reaction though. When they brought out the food they clearly stated it was Gluten Free. The ranch is also GF and amazing.

Ate here and did not seem to get sick. Pizzas are deep dish so every pizza is cooked in its own baking pan. I was very satisfied considering most gf pizzas are ultra thin so the deep dish aspect was refreshing as there was more dough. Online ordering system allows you to ask for GF crust, but doesn’t have a section to mark whether it is an allergy. I would go up to the counter to order and inform them of your needs if you strive for extra caution.
