I ate here and did not get sick! It was delicious and a good experience. They took cross contamination seriously.

Great food! Our server said that they take allergies seriously and they do! I felt very safe dining here! We enjoyed the honey pecan shrimp, vegetable fried rice, & chili chicken! We WILL BE BACK!!

Our server was very knowledgeable and validated our requests. We had plenty of options like the fried chicken, pork belly, and Singapore noodles. The menu is also easily marked for what’s GF and what’s not. They also use two separate fryers specifically for this.

We went to Wu Chow for dinner last night and finding good Chinese food for my gluten allergy (celiac) is super challenging but not here!! They were incredible and the manager (who also has celiac!) came over and made sure to assure me everything marked gluten free would have no cross contamination. The food was WONDERFUL and I can’t wait to go back.

Wu chow is very on point about gluten-avoidance! They use cornstarch breading, so an abundance of GF fried items! In a dedicated GF fryer, most protein dishes are gluten free by default, as well as fried rices, rice noodle dishes, vegetables, and more! Almost the whole menu is GF excluding dumplings, egg rolls, wontons etc
