For breakfast, I asked the chef about what options were GF on the buffet. He said the eggs and bacon are separate, with a good deal of attitude. I was first in line and took bacon off the top. As the bacon was depleted, I discovered that they put wheat bread at the bottom of the container to soak up the grease. I did not get sick, but the chef is clearly not knowledgeable.
