Review of WYOld West Brewing Company

They do not have a gluten free menu, so you need to know what you are looking for. They offer GF bread options and have gluten reduced pizza crust (GF crust but not a devoted cooking space). I had the pizza several times with no issue, but definitely got sick my last time and that was it for me. The cook staff doesn't have a devoted space but work very hard to accommodate. I have had several different salads and steak nachos there with no problem as long as I let the staff know.
