Excellent!! Most everything here is paleo and many things are naturally gluten free - no sandwiches or gluten cookies but there are very good gf cookies. You pick a protein (includes chicken, tofu, etc); add a sauce (includes lemon basil, chili lime, etc), then two sides (includes potatoes, plaintains, green beans, rice, quinoa, etc). Comes to you beautifully presented and delicious! I had chicken breast with green beans and plantains with a lemon basil sauce. As a celiac I felt very safe with cross contamination issue and didn't get sick. I wish I lived closer.

Ordered the pork, spicy lemongrass tamarind sauce with roasted plantains. They threw in a couple gluten free cookies since it was my first visit. The texture was perfect. Not too dry, not crumbly, not overly chewy either. I was told that the savory pies, garlic noodles and regular cookies were the only items to contain gluten.
