AMAZING authentic food. They are dedicated GF, make food fresh to order, and they are SO nice. The food is flavorful and not too spicy.

So glad I found this truck on the app! I told the owner I found them here and he was glad -- and he was sooo nice! Confirmed all GF but the desserts, mostly all scratch-made (hello home made corn tortillas!), delicious, authentic food. He let me know about the restaurant opening soon, but said the truck would be safest for celiacs since there was never flour in there. (they will be careful in restaurant, but I appreciated the info) The agua de jamaica was amazing, and the tamales were wonderful! I will definitely go here again, and again.... such nice people, good food and conscientious about keeping GF safe.

I LOVE this food truck! I’m so excited to say they will be opening a restaurant (hopefully mid September). All of their menu is GF with the exception of their desserts. Must try!

Both my daughter and I Are celiacs and it was a huge relief to be told that we can order anything (with the exception of dessert) on the menu and that we are safe to eat here. The food was delicious, I recommend the asada tacos! My daughter loved her cheese quesadilla meal with rice and beans and the chips and salsa were thin and crispy and seasoned to perfection. The owner was super friendly and we will for sure be visiting again when we are in town for softball

Love this food truck! They are all GF except the desserts. I called the first time before I went and they were very helpful and educated. They are opening a storefront soon on Douglas!! The family that runs it is always so friendly too.

Love the food. Everything is GF except desserts that are made elsewhere. This is a hidden gem! Excellent food and nice people. My family will be back.

Only thing not gluten free is dessert. Amazing tacos! Friendly owner, great food. Highly recommend. Follow on Facebook to find their location. Usually at Lowe’s or At Home in Lee’s Summit.
