The person on the phone taking my order was very cautious about cross contamination and warned that gluten items are made in the same kitchen. They did have protocols to ensure no cross contamination for most items.

I had the quesobirria tacos and had no problem. It was delicious!

Symptomatic Celiac

This is from the same owners as the food truck off 291. Not 100% gluten free (still mostly) like the food truck but owner is very aware of needs from Celiacs. Fryer is dedicated so chips are ok to eat!
