Xalisco Latin Cuisine

So good!!! I went for lunch. They have everything on the menu that is gluten free marked with a little wheat symbol in a crossed out circle next to the name. They have a homemade masa tortilla’s that are served with salsa instead of chips when you sit down.

They have a whole section of the menu that is vegetarian options. They have a few Vegan offerings in that section as well that are marked GF.

They do have some flour tortilla items and a shared fryer, so the chips are not 100% safe for celiac. But they are also not listed as GF on the menu.

The staff seemed very knowledgeable, and were able to confirm any dietary restrictions/accommodations needed.

I tries something totally new to me off the menu and was pleasantly surprised by how amazing it was. I would definitely drive back to Redmond for a dinner here from Bend and am looking forward to trying their Margaritas next time.
