Review of Xen Thai and Ramen

They do not use any non gluten free soy sauce. Almost all friend rice and many ramen dishes can be made gluten free. They understand gf/celiac concerns and are very careful. They will use rice noodles for ramen dishes. Excellent safe place to eat, never have gotten sick, and we eat here a lot.
