It sounds like they have 4 completely safe options — the dan dan, clear beef broth soup, stir-fried noodles and the creamy vegetable soup. Also the Har Gow and Chicken feet appetizers. Do NOT use the dark vinegar. They don’t seem super knowledgeable, but they make an effort. They have GF soy sauce available on request
